We’ve used them during early alpine starts, fast trail runs in cold wind, and long descents in unpredictable weather. What’s great is the smart detail for your thumb and index finger. You can quickly slide them out to use your phone, change your GPS, or grab a gel, without needing to remove the gloves. It makes them ideal for dynamic adventures where you’re constantly switching pace or using your hands.

Made in Japan by the same team of runners who design all milestone81 gear, these gloves are thin, technical, and fold away small. The integrated carabiner loop is a nice touch for clipping them to your vest or pack when not in use.

Combined with the Onion Hoody, this combo is our go-to for wind protection—nothing gets through. The cuffs fit comfortable under the jacket sleeves, creating a fully sealed setup without bulk or weight.
